Cage farming

Floating cage farming

346 total cages built to Regal Springs standard (18 m diameter × 6 m HDPE). 130 t/cage/year. Density managed per industrial Asian protocols. Production cycle 180–210 days. Target FCR 1.7.

Hatchery

Mbakaou + Mfou-CODAM

Internal hatcheries

90 million GIFT-9 fingerlings per year. Reproduction under reinforced biosecurity. Hatching rate ≥ 85%. Male sex ratio ≥ 95%. 100% internal supply.

Agricultural hub

DIR · Adamaoua

Integrated agricultural hub

4,500 hectares cultivated in maize and soy under center pivots. Yield targets 8–10 t/ha (maize) and 5–6 t/ha (soy). Target output 50,000 tonnes of grain per year.

Feed plant

Bühler feed plant

Capacity 160 tpd, 150,000 tpa. Three lines: aquaculture + poultry + livestock. 60,000 t silo storage. 135,000 tpa aquafeed shipped to Mbakaou and Nyong.

Processing

Mbakaou + Nyong

Processing and value-add

Total capacity 45 ktpa. Fresh chilled ≤ 5 days post-harvest. Vacuum-packed fillets, whole fish, smoked fillets. Target certifications: ISO 22000, HACCP, ASC Chain of Custody.

Distribution

DIR · CEMAC

CEMAC distribution

DIR-based logistics platform. Target markets: Cameroon (retail, foodservice, consumers) and CEMAC (Gabon, Chad, CAR, Congo, Equatorial Guinea). Integrated cold chain.
