Industrial architecture

A 100% controlled value chain

PROAQUI applies a matrix-based vertical integration model unprecedented in Central Africa. Three parallel operational loops, each scaled to close its own value chain. No strategic link is outsourced to third parties.

01 DIR Agricultural Hub 4,500 ha pivot-irrigated — maize and soy
02 DIR Feed Plant Bühler 160 tpd — 150,000 tpa
03 Internal hatcheries On aquaculture sites — 90M fingerlings/year
04 Floating cages 346 Regal Springs cages — Mbakaou + Nyong
05 Processing On aquaculture sites — 45 ktpa
06 CEMAC distribution DIR logistics platform
